Chain One Chainone was founded in 2005 by David Hartley, a Chartered Building and
Environmental Surveyor and experienced and registered PRINCE2 Project Manager
with a Masters in Business Administration.

Following a successful career with a large consultancy working directly on a one to one with clients
over many years, David realised that property services needed to be developed in partnership and
deliver results within the context of clients core business.

As a small developing consultancy we are able to offer a focused, flexible and tailored range of
services across the UK via a network of associates in a controlled professional environment, while
ensuring the key needs of clients business are met.
